Redevelopment of an existing guest house (built circa 1840) including a two-story extension to facilitate its conversion from a guest house to a multi occupancy office unit. The works consisted of a complete refurbishment including substantial demolitions internally, strengthening of existing floor structures, replacement of roof structure and a complete fit-out.
