An experienced cost consultant and project manager with in excess of 17 years' experience of providing quantity surveying and project management services to both the public and private sectors of the construction industry.
Brendan has lead the delivery of cost management services across a wide range of projects in the past, such as Wexford Opera House (now the National Opera House), Carlow Arts Centre (The Visual), Dundrum House Hotel etc.
In recent years Brendan has managed the successful delivery of cost consultancy services on projects such as The Avalon Hotel Renovation and Extension, Additional Storey to The Acadamy Plaza Hotel in Dublin City Centre, Glanbia Agri-Business Headquarters etc.
