Rothe House, Phase 2 - Restoration & Alteration of First & Second Houses


Restoration & alterations of the first & second houses of the late sixteenth early seventeenth century Rothe House Complex (Protected Structure & National Monument) including the provision of a two-storey glazed link bridge. The works consist of internal alterations to provide improved reception, exhibition, retail and office areas. This involves sensitive conservation works and the provision of new oak staircases, new lift installations, delicate site works to the First Yard etc.
