MLQ appointed to provide QS Services on behalf of HSE for conservation of Adelphi House, North Circular Rd, Dublin
MLQ are delighted to have been appointed to provide Quantity Surveying Services on behalf of the HSE for the conservation of Adelphi House on the North Circular Road, Dublin. Adelphi House, a Protected Structure, is an impressive looking detached five-bay two-storey over raised basement house, built c.1900.
The new facility when complete, will provide much needed services for young adults with intellectual disabilities by creation of a hub / day care facility with separate respite facility.
